From there, Daman is hardly 15 kilometers. The distance can be covered with the help of a taxi or local mode in 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

If you like travelling by air, fly to Surat and from there, travel to Daman.

As daman experiences tropical climate, you may want to skip the Monsoon. The best time to visit Daman is between October to April. You get will to view the best side of the city when you go during the peak season.
